Back Up Plan For Rain – As much as we want the sun to shine and the weather to be perfect, we can’t control what Gods plans are, so having a backup plan is a must! You can’t just hope it doesn't rain. Your indoor space must accommodate your guest list just in case you have to move your guest in doors. Check weather forecast 7 days out and monitor it prior to your event to make any adjustments if necessary. Rentals- You will have to rent everything when it comes to tables, chairs and any event furniture that’s needed to accommodate your guest list. You may even consider a tent to block any unnecessary sun or to create an area for guest to sit under to break up some of the space.
