Citronella wine bottles. How Cute!

Lets not forget about mosquito's, adding citronella  around is a great idea. You may want to get odor less to avoid the smell. You can add your wedding logo on them to add into your wedding theme also. I found these at www.putitinajar.com

Week 3-Tips to consider when planning a outdoor wedding ceremony- Out Door weddings Ceremony Tips.

FSB Events Wedding Tips Wednesday week 3 tips.

Space- Consider how will your home flow for your guest to navigate comfortably. Will you have any handicap guest and is your house or property wheel chair accessible? Are your grounds level for tables and chairs? How will your space work for your event?

Tell your Neighbors!
Advise your neighbors of your plans in advance with a written note, you don’t want to plan something and your neighbors have an event the same day.  Tell them the start time of your wedding, you don’t want any loud noise going on in your neighborhood while your wedding is going on. Be courteous and include your neighbors, you will have a great experience including them, and this ensures they have nothing else going on at the same time. Who knows they may even offer you to use their drive way for additional parking.

Plan ahead and work the details out and hire a wedding planner to help and you will have the best experience ever, and memories that will last a lifetime.

I hope these tips helped you if you are considering having a wedding at your   private home. Dont forget to check back next week for our final tips. Thanks for following our blog.

Happy Planning, Shondola :)

Out door wedding tips Part 2, Atlanta Wedding Planner

Welcome back to week 2 of FSB Events Wedding Tips Wednesday series in May. Okay so last week we gave tips on having a back up plan if it rains & Rentals. Now lets get to the logistic part of planning, how will things flow and impact your guest ? You want things to be convenient and have your guest saying to themselves they really put some thought into all the details. Considered these tips when putting your plans together.

Parking- You may have room to hold a lot of people on your property, but do you have adequate parking for each guest? Is there enough street parking? If the answer is NO, check to see if there is a parking lot near you can rent or use to accommodate parking for your guest and hire a shuttle service to bring your guest to and from their cars.

Restrooms to accommodate your guest- Depending on your guest list, if you are planning to host up to 50-100 guest or more at your home at one time you must consider rest room options. Your home needs to have at least 3-4 restrooms to make this work at its minimum. If you do not have this amount of restroom space you will have to come up with other options, but having your guest wait too long to use a restroom is not a good idea.

Thanks for following us in our second week of tips, come back next Wednesday for more. Please follow our blog and view our website at www.fsb-events.com

Happy Planning, Shondola :)

Wedding Tip Wednesdays! Out Door Wedding Ceremony Tips- Atlanta Wedding Planner

FSB Events Wedding Tip Wednesdays series in May will start off with all the top reminder tips to remember if you are having a out door wedding at your home or private estate.

Back Up Plan For Rain – As much as we want the sun to shine and the weather to be perfect, we can’t control what Gods plans are, so having a backup plan is a must! You can’t just hope it doesn't rain. Your indoor space must accommodate your guest list just in case you have to move your guest in doors. Check weather forecast 7 days out and monitor it prior to your event to make any adjustments if necessary.

Rentals- You will have to rent everything when it comes to tables, chairs and any event furniture that’s needed to accommodate your guest list. You may even consider a tent to block any unnecessary sun or to create an area for guest to sit under to break up some of the space.

I hope these tips help, don't forget to
